Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. "The property was perfect for what we needed. Only drawback was just one bath towel per person and no lamps in the bedrooms, so if you wanted to read before bed you have to use the overhead light. All in all it was very good."

"We stayed with John for a concert at the capital theater, which is only about 20 minutes away. It was perfect for what we needed, much bigger than the pictures showed. Only complaint was that the balcony door did not lock/ shut completely so there was a slight draft in the apartment, other than that, it was a great stay!"

"Great location close to West Point. Next to bar which can be a bit noisy. Step stairs so not for the eldery or physically appeared. Resturants are close and Ice Cream and bakery near by."

"We came up from Manhattan on the train to visit my son who lives in downtown. The apartment met all our needs and the managers were very responsive. There is not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of shops/coffee but we walked to downtown in 25 minutes. One of the beds was much less comfortable than the other. "Comfortable apartment with a phenomenal view! The space could use a deep clean and some decluttering, but that view!!! Did I mention that the view was A-mazing?!?"

"This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."
