"We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea."

"There are 2 sides to this review. The down sides were unfortunately the property was not clean enough. The remote controls, light switches, kitchen cupboards etc. were very dirty (all the areas where covid would be rife). I had to clean some of these myself. "Not the easiest cottage to find since it took 2 attempts! However, once located we were thrilled to find picture postcard perfect home away from home. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed with nice outdoor space. Very easy access to local countryside."
