"Enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to Dotonbori and there was a lot of food options, breakfast was delicious and excellent. Would stay here again. The staff was very nice. The room we chose was on the smaller size, but we made it work. We also knew the room was small. They had space to store the luggage under the bed. We had two large suitcases and two carry on suitcases. They had complimentary coffee also. For breakfast they had two areas, traditional Japanese breakfast and a downstairs area with baked goods like crossaints and coffee."

"The location of this hotel is great! Very close to Osaka station and easy access to all the subway lines and buses. It is on the quieter side of Umeda, which we appreciated. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked the Deluxe Double room for our 4 night stay and it was very spacious (especially with big luggages) and very affordable. The room was very clean and the hotel has a big range of amenities and benefits for guests! Would definitely recommend staying here "

"Excellent location"

"This was the second hotel I stayed at during my first trip to Osaka. I was there for two nights on the 29th floor. The room was amazing and offered a great view overlooking Namba Park and what I believe was Den Den Town. The Christmas decorations being set up were a nice touch, and I appreciated being invited to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony as well."
