"Fantastic stay at the Loch Fyne. The hotel was really clean and the facilities were well kept with stunning decor. We enjoyed the outdoor spa facility which was new and very clean. Ee brought our dog who was treated very well. Staff is really nice. We also dined at the restaurant and the dinner was a proper fine dining experience with dishes perfectly executed. Well done Chef! Among the waiters the blond slim pretty girl stood out for kindness and professionality. I did not take her name but I hope this is passed to management as her service was exceptional. "

"Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive, Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a great stay."

"Rooms are spotless and location is spectacular. The food is superb, the scallops couldn't be better cooked and the freshness unmatched, due to them being landed 50 yards away. Throughout our stay, despite it seeming to be off-season in the area, we were expertly hosted by Mrs. Ryan's friendly and attentive staff at all times, whilst Chris the manager was always available with his extensive knowledge and experience to assure us we were looked after very well. There's a feeling of genuine hospitality in the Crinan Hotel and we left feeling refreshed and happy knowing these types of places exist, should we need to recharge again. "

"Family rooms could do with a bit of refurb and bathrooms defo need updating. Shower head black mould and water sprayed everywhere, so did not use shower and had to have a quick bath. Staff were really nice"

"Room was very spacious and comfortable. We ate at the hotel every night of our stay, the food was top notch and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommended "
