"Beds are super hard was unable to sleep. Plus I had some sort of alergic reaction to something in the room in this Route Inn and are previous stay at Lake Kagoshima.I dont normally suffer from allergies and I dont have Asthma but as soon as i layed down I got all stuffed up and had issues breathing when trying to sleep. Perhaps its a cleaning product they are using or the contents of the pillows unsure but that has never happened before both places I stayed for 1 night only. it was strange so wanted to mention it so they coulf find the cause and redolve the issue. "The lodge was absolutely wonderful. We honestly had not slept as well as we did at the lodge anywhere else in Japan. Not sure if it was the mountain air, the onsen, or the large rooms that allowed us to settle in and spread out. The hospitality was incredible; the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, including by providing a bountiful breakfast each morning. My husband and I wish we could have stayed there our entire trip!"

"Actually good value if you accept the tatami style bedding. Only problem is that going out of the room to the shared toilets and showers can be freezing as the common areas are not yeated. Hotel looks old. But it was in the centre of Ina, and had good free parking. Room we got for 5 pax was relatively cheap."
