"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were beautiful. I would say the gym was adequate but nothing special for equipment. The room was very big, but has a lot of space that was poorly utilized. There could have been more storage for clothes and personal belongings. In our room one of the windows/motors for the automatic blinds was popping over and over again during the day. Our door didn’t shut on its own. These were small issues overall. The bed was very comfortable and the room automation was a great feature. Resort food was an 8/10. We had an excellent time and we will go back."

"Absolutely beautiful resort. I can’t say enough good about the kids club. Anel, Regina , Dafne, Fernando and the rest were so amazing at keeping the kids entertained. They went above & beyond. Loved my upgrade to premium. Rooms are large, clean and beds are comfy. The area is so beautiful and view from the room was incredible. Israel was our favourite in the premium lounge. All the staff were wonderful. Mauricio also deserves recognition as he remembered me everyday and always had time for a few questions and ensuring we were enjoying all the amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

The property and the community that it’s in our exactly what a Mexico vacation should look like. The beds were comfortable and the house fully equipped with everything we needed. Ken was available when we had questions. The neighbors were very friendly. The Surrounding restaurants and beaches were perfect. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation! "
