"The hotel is a stunning building. Even the public areas feel luxurious and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Our dog had been provided with everything he needed and could be included in everything except the spa. The food was excellent and so was the service. The one negative was how busy the pool area was in the spa. There were far fewer loungers than guests making the experience not as enjoyable as it could have been.
