"My wife and I enjoyed our month long stay. Perfect location for us, and we loved Modica and it's surroundings. There's no shortage of thing do do and see. The history is unparalleled, the food is to die for, and there's always the Mediterranean... That said, be sure it's what your looking for, there's many stairs, the driving and parking can be a real challenge, especially in the medieval centers. For us though, it was the trip of a lifetime."

"This apartment has everything going for it! It is newly renovated, very clean, and located in the heart of the charming baroque city of Modica. Our checkin and out process was seamless and easy. "Staff is extremely courteous and polite. My only small negative comment is that (for my tastes) the hotel should have tea & coffee making in the rooms. PS. I know that this is Sicily and that your coffee is either expresso or cappuccino, but at least you can provide it to when you have other Nationals staying at your marvelous hotel. "Close to Churches and chocolate! Very nice but the kitchen needs some help with a coffee pot for in the morning and a stove that works/microwave also with easy instructions. Easy checkin/out but not very mobility restricted friendly. An elevator would help! Overall very nice! Grazie Mille"

"It was our the best stay in Sicily. Quiet, peaceful place; local cuisine for dinner; very pleasant hosts; spacious room and jet tub worked very well. Location is perfect for visiting Modica, Noto and Ragusa. Rural, beautiful area! Will definitely stay there again when visiting Sicily. Thank you!"

"Excellent hotel the rooms and facilities are extraordinary beautiful, you feel steeped in history. The host is very very friendly and welcoming. Although there is a school next door we were not disturbed by noise at all. It’s about a 20 minute walk to down town which is challenging on the way back as it is up hill. We loved it .."
