"hotel was at maybe 30% capacity and they put me on the second floor under a room that was occupied by noisy people. I called the front desk at 11pm and they did nothing. Awful experience."

"Unfortunately this once excellent hotel has fallen on bad times. In my room neither electric outlet worked in the desk lamp, the outlet in the bedside lamp had come out completely, one lightbulb flickered in the desk lamp, the coffee machine had been unplugged, I saw extended dirt in various places like under the sink and desk. The bed was extremely hard and all night long I heard various sounds as the ac and other units are on their last legs."

"I stayed at this property, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The entire area was full of trash, and the environment felt unsafe. Most of the staff were unhelpful. I didn’t have the Uber app and asked for help getting a taxi, but they told me to call myself. After I downloaded the app, I asked how to use it, and no one even looked at me despite asking multiple times. Two front‑desk staff in particular were unprofessional: the man with the mustache spent the whole day talking to someone, and the woman kept telling me to “sit, I’ll get back to you,” but never did. I ended up figuring everything out on my own. The hotel room itself had many issues: the phone didn’t work, the bedroom had no light or an open window, the AC didn't work when I was shivering, and the bathroom door lock was broken. I felt scared because people were smoking and wandering around outside. The breakfast was also misleading — there was no good food, all carbs, junk, not even juice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was truly an unpleasant and unsafe experience."
