"I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful. Overall a good hotel. I would go back."

"Excellent hotel, second time here. Fantastic facilities, view from the Pool is amazing! Food fantastic, room modern and clean, staff are great and work very hard! Room cleaned daily. Glass lift from hotel down to Puerto Rico harbour and amadores beach is fab! Really recommend this hotel."

"Our stay at Servatur Puerto Azul was very positive, though best suited for families. Rooms: Daily cleaning was a plus, but floors were dusty and patio doors lacked a child lock (though heavy). Pools & Sun Loungers: All pools were pleasantly warm. Be prepared to reserve sun loungers early (before 7 AM is essential for a good spot; by 9 AM, none are left). Pool areas can be slippery; water shoes recommended. Food & Drink: Buffet food was good, with variety lasting about 10 days. Steaks, Asian station, and ice cream were highlights. Self-serve drinks were great, and the main bar offered improved cocktails and a special banana liqueur sangria. Service: Staff, Sule, Joel, Katherine, Ylena, Marta, and Moodu were great and stood out. Tipping protocol was unclear. Reception service was inconsistent. Facilities & Check-out: Laundry (2 washers/dryers, €5, card only) and no pool clocks (bring a watch). Tables often wobbled. Check-out shower booking was confusing; checked out at booked slot at 8:30 AM, all showers were occupied by our 5 PM slot, causing a 20-minute wait. A thoughtful touch: a card for drink dispensers was provided due to our wristbands expired at 12:00 Noon. Overall: Warm pools, good food/drinks, and clean rooms were highlights. Be ready for the sun lounger "race." This hotel is geared towards families. While we try new places, we'd consider returning."

"We recently stayed at Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. "Amazing hotel for relaxing holiday , make sure you book essential all inclusive, it will give you access to a different restaurant to have breakfast and dinner , food was delish , great choice and good selection, beautiful views from junior suite rooms on higher floors , staff is super friendly . I don’t say that often , but I would definitely return . It was amazing stay !!! "

"I'd read on trip advisor that there was terrible food poisoning etc! Rubbish, they might have had a norovirus bug in the hotel but staff made every effort with sanitisers at meal times to eliminate this, although we never spoke to anyone who was affected. Food was lovely & varied, no complaints. I was here for my friends 60th, as I found it, all the staff I came across were amazing. Salvador in the main restaurant who works mornings & evenings was brilliant when we wanted to organise a cake we had to bring our own as hotel need 48hrs (for info), to supply one. He kept it cool for us & made sure staff brought it out at correct time. All rooms sea view & west facing so you get the sunset. My only downside is the entertainment at night, its very basic/boring, thats my only complaint, Riu liven the entertainment up! We may be middle aged but people love 'Good Music'."
