"We spent our honeymoon at this location, and overall, we had a great experience. The property felt safe, there were a few dining options outside of the hotel, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Coming from America, we did feel that some of the food options in the dining areas were limited and could have used more seasoning. My only real complaint was that a roach was found in our coffee. However, the manager addressed the issue promptly and did what he could to make it right by changing our dinner plans to the higher-end à la carte dining option. We are a young couple, and most of the guests appeared to be retired. Because of that, the nightly entertainment seemed to cater more to an older crowd, which took away from having a more diverse and lively experience. Overall, we would return, but we would probably come back with another couple to make the experience even better. Francisco had excellent service and really made sure we were taken care of. "

"This as our 6th visit which in itself speaks volumes. We love this hotel and the area it is located. However, we did notice a difference in the quality and choice of the half board dinner this time. Enough so to possibly consider only going bed & breakfast next time,"

"Communication with Kelly was excellent she organised the transfer for us to and from the airport which was prompt and arrived on time. Welcome from Sue was great. This was a quiet clean apartment a stones throw from the restaurants and supermarket. Beds were comfortable and the terrace was fab with sun all day but an umbrella is provided for shade. Thank you both for a fab stay will be booking again x"

"Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."

"The main lift to all 9 floors from reception wasn't working for 2 days. We were 'all inclusive' and the range of food at meal time was exceptional. Restaurant staff were really efficient in cleaning tables when guest left. Overall, a great place to stay."
