The service was exceptional — truly a 10/10 experience thanks to the warm, attentive, and professional staff who made us feel welcome every single day. We stayed for 8 days in a beautiful room overlooking the beach, and waking up to that stunning view every morning was unforgettable. The food was fantastic across both restaurants — delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the daily afternoon tea from 4–5 p.m., which offered a lovely selection of treats in a relaxing setting. The spa team was wonderful as well professional, friendly, and they created such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind completely. For families, the kids club was an absolute gem. Our 3-year-old daughter adored it and looked forward to going every day. The staff were incredibly caring, patient, and engaging, we could see how much they genuinely enjoyed spending time with the children. Overall, Serena Bay exceeded all our expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and family fun. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!"
