My only feedback so that other's will know, is that you need to walk up a few flights of stairs which was not expressed in the description of the property. It made it more challenging for my 81 year old mother."

Minor misunderstandings resolved efficiently and completely. Beds are firm. Shower head was a little odd, almost like a strong mist and couldn't turn the showerhead to change the output. Not a real issue for me with little hair, but if you were a woman with long, thick hair, I could see it potentially being an issue. Upstairs...
