"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine. Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "

"The cabin was very clean and Modern structure. A/C worked great. Water pressure was great and Hot very nice when you need a hot shower to relax at the end of a busy day. Bathroom was good too. If i was in Florence again i would much rather stay here than in the city."

Walking distance to many things, excellent food nearby,clean and updated facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. "
