The property manager called me before we even got on the ferry to head over and was waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us around, gave recommendations of beaches and places to eat. He was super quick to respond to texts during our stay. The place was spacious, clean and the view of the ocean was the best part. We will stay again for sure!"

"Immaculately appointed villa with everything you could want- all quality furnishings & decor- just like you would do yourself. Great Chefs kitchen, fantastic master bedroom/bath, quality white linens/towels. Several Stocked beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear & noodles. They thought of things I didn't consider-loved the place! Bring bug repellent during the Fall although they do have a bunch of bug zappers-. Highly recommend!! Gorgeous sunsets & the pool & bar area was amazing- Like our own...

"Great property. The view and location were wonderful. Perfect patio area to take a swim and watch the sunset. Very close to the Westin, Cruz Bay and markets. The layout of the home worked great for us (all adults), but might not be ideal for families with small children. 3 of the 4 bedrooms can only be accessed by an outdoor staircase and doors open to an open, outside hallway. Just something to be aware of. We had a great week - would return again. "

Perfect for what we needed…

"The place had EVERYTHING one might need, from big sun hats, to a washer/dryer, and everything in between. It was close to town, but quiet (except for the rooster). We made breakfast every morning, enjoyed the sunsets from the terrace. It was not wicked fancy, but felt like home by the end of our trip."

"Coconuts view of St.Thomas and the sunsets were bar none! All of the ammenities like the warm sparkling pool, the outdoor grill/patio, hot tub , telescope, hammock, and patio table for playing cards under the stars were used every single day!!! Awesome people who own this as well...quick responses and friendly....I will definitely come back!"

"This property exceeded our expectations! Amazing location on the water. Host was very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend it to friends and family. My only suggestion would be to add a kitchen space for food prep and storage. Otherwise it had everything we needed to make our trip to St.John’s so special and memorable."
