"This property was outstanding! Spacious, clean, and just breathtaking views. The big porch overlooking the water is so peaceful and relaxing. Elyse made sure we had everything we needed and even had floats and snorkels for our children. When we arrived on the island, Elyse made sure there was someone waiting for us to show us the way to the villa. 5 stars all the way for Nancy's Folly!"

"Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things about this property and would definitely return!"
"This property is located about 7 minutes from town close to the top of a hill that overlooks Rendezvous bay. The views from the pool are gorgeous. The little cottage that my husband and I stayed in was perfect for us. It was quiet, had a stove and a grill to prepare meals, a beautiful screened in patio, a washer and dryer and access to the pool. The check in process was easy and quick. James' son met us at the car ferry and showed us the way so that was very nice. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day trips. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed here in April 2025. The house was just as pictured. One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. We rented a car and had no problems getting around. JP met us at the house and gave us advice on restaurants and snorkeling. We are a family of 4 and they were able to split the one king into two twins. It was the perfect set up for us. The best snorkeling and tons of wildlife. We will definitely be back. "
