Excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful in many ways. The view from the balcony was of the harbor and it was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay.

We traveled all day from Michigan to St. John and were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary rum punch waiting for us . Kelly, Molly, JD were are hosts and hostesses and are very good at what they do. Colby is the custodian and keeps everything tidy and humming along. marilyn our lovely housekeeper dod a spectacular job and added little touches of island flowers here and there in our suite. Great view., everyone was nice and professional. You are close to redhook and ferry. The room was good, slightly worn but nice. I recommend enhance cleaning in between guests. It wasn't dirty but we found water bottles, paperwork, etc.. of former guests. I recommend staying there

The guesthouse was quite a pleasant stay. The new host Lee was very welcoming and helpful. My room was clean upon arrival, and the property was beautiful to explore n relax, and breakfast was served to order in the mornings. The staff and other guests were very nice, like long time neighbors ir friends. I will definitely be utilizing Island View again in the future.

Secret Harbour will be our go-to for our much needed getaways from life! Everything was perfect. Even the groceries we arranged for delivery were put away before our arrival and drinks were put in the fridge for us. That said a lot! The beach was pristine and the snorkeling was just breathtaking. The resorts beach hosted many beautiful reefs which had tons of beautiful fish. The best was the huge angel fish which was always in the same little cove. Just amazing. The scenery was spectacular....

Absolutely GORGEOUS property! The plants, trees, and vegetation throughout the property are a sight to be seen. The distance to the beach is perfect and love the two bars and restaurants located close by as they do not offer on demand room service. Pro tip is that you need to rent a car in order to stay here unless you want to only be at this property and not leave. I read quite a few negative sueveys and i dont know why?!!! It was AMAZING. We took our 3 kids and we all loved every second of our trip!! The staff was amazing, the property was clean and safe!! So so worth it!! Thank you margaritaville!! We will be back!!

The hotel was great. Shuttles were quick to get to your room. We barely left the resort because they had everything available there. Plus the grocery store was only a 5 minute walk if that from the resort. Shuttle and staff members got to know our names. We had the same staff member for dinner every night. Beautiful beach one can see just below balcony. Does not have a hoard of tourist like many places, great beach bar nice menu fairly priced you can walk to from airport, safe, and not surrounded on all sides by other resorts. layout of buildings and grounds is excellent, beds comfortable. Parking lot for rental car easy and even one nice tennis court which needs to be used more often. A few planes fly in and out but they are in and out quickly.

The property is beautiful, relaxing and secluded. You cannot walk anywhere from this property and that is a small inconvenience. Cab ride is $20 for two people to downtown each way. The food at the property is just ok, so go downtown to eat. The majority of the staff is great with the exception of a few restaurant workers. Bring small bills for tips, they don’t make change on the property. Overall we had a great time and got what we came for. We will absolutely go back!

Beautiful

Impeccable accommodations in paradise. Stunning views. So clean, peaceful, safe, and comfortable -- and only a short walk from all the action. Cabs to beaches are easy to get. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All the perks of staying at a hotel with a villa feel. Plus great sunset views from the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the Windward. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, the room was perfect. However the breakfast definitely needs some work.

The hotel is very close to the airport. There’s a beach near by and kids park . We enjoyed our stay . The hotel needs some renovation but overall it’s affordable and in good location There’s a pool and restaurant. Beautiful view

OMG.. where do I start... There's probably not a better place on the island that this hotel could be situated. All the units have incredible views of the bay. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Marriott has incredible attention to detail. The service staff was always helpful and friendly. I have never seen better landscaping and perfect placement of trees... If I was to travel back to somewhere .. This would definitely be one of those places..
