Nice quiet house. The house is very attentive. Great experience!

Bus stop was right outside of hotel. Location was good. Not near the main attractions but that's what we wanted. However, the main attractions were a short bus ride away. When we return to Rome in the future, we will use the same hotel.

Antonio was very helpful and friendly to help us. He even helpful with our luggage and parking.

I recommend staying here for 3 reasons: 1. Clean, comfortable, quiet. 2. It is about a 20 second walk to the MAIN METRO line (Line B) which goes directly to the Colloseum and other points of interest. Also, if you're coming from airport or train station, the B line goes directly to the metro station outside. This is super convenient and safe. While you can stay in a place closer to the action, I found it preferable to take the short metro directly the hotel without having to walk in a shady...

Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. This place was so great to stay at. I felt safe and taken care of. It was such a luxury place to stay at. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk and the other places were just a short taxi ride away

Riiiight in the thick of it but even our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. Great service and staff was very friendly!

Everything was wonderful

The hotel is very well located in the middle of Rome close to many important and interesting sites. The stuff was amazing every each and one of them especially Luca who gave us really personal treatment and helped us in everything we needed. The hotel has 2 problems. One that the keys to the room are working for only one time and we had to get them fixed at the reception everyday sometimes more than once in one day. We loved the terrace breakfasts and late night drinks on the rooftop patio. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating. The central location made getting to/from all the historical sites on foot much easier. We'll book Ruby Hotels in the future. Thank you!

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. They provided tips on restaurants and arranged a taxi to the airport. The hotel has a small cafe with a coffee machine, biscuits (i.e. cookies) and orange juice. We had one day in Rome, the hotel's made it very convenient to see the sights.

Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.
