"The property was a great stay. The rooms are a bit narrow, beds all the way to the wall on one side. The menu they offered and the food was absolutely fantastic. We loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly. But, the cleaning crew start vacuuming so early sometimes as early as 5:00ish in the morning. "

"We loved Pacifico and we will definitely come back!! The casa C-410 was excellent and had amazing views. It is 4 floors up so will be an issue for people with mobility issues. The only issue we had was which concierge we were working with each day. Got a bit confusing on who we were texting with and who was not working that day. However, that being said, it was so nice to have people at your disposal to help with your needs and arrangements. It made our stay so easy and relaxing!! The property management team does an amazing job and the grounds and house were very well taken care of!! Excellent and safe place to stay for ease and comfort."

"The unit is very clean, and well stocked with all items that you need for your stay. The air conditioning works wonderfully and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan to stay comfortable. King beds in both bedrooms is a nice bonus! Water pressure in the front bathroom and kitchen is very weak, but we dealt with it. The master bathroom has good water pressure, but the temperature in the shower is backwards. The internet was reliable and fast! The parking garage is great for your rental car to keep it out of the sun and there's only one flight of stairs to get up to the unit.The Pacifico complex is very safe with gated entry, amazing pools to hang out at, and restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Outside of Pacifico, you have a short walk to everything Playa del Coco has to offer in terms of other restaurants, souvenir shops, and the beach itself.We used the location as a starting point for some day trips, and we were able to go to Rincon de la ieja, Palo Verde, and Playa de Flamingo with drives of about 1 hour each way. General Costa Rica comments: Bring plenty of sunscreen, as the UV is super intense. And be aware that restaurant prices in the tourist areas are similar to prices in the US for standard entrees. With the lodging price more affordable than other locations, it was a bit of a surprise how much groceries and restaurants cost. Also, knowing a bit of basic Spanish is definitely helpful as not every place wants to carry on conversation in English."

"We had an amazing stay at Pacifico and loved this unit. It was very clean and modern. The location next to the pool was so nice. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was very responsive and professional. The property manager helped us arrange a golf cart and it was a wonderful way to get around town. We love the amenities onsite as well as the beach club and proximity to restaurants and groceries. I loved the decor especially the fun wallpaper!"

"We had an amazing trip!! Norma is the absolute best and every meal she made was so good. We used the golf carts to get to town and the beach club and we used the transportation arranged by Katya to explore further. The catamaran and river tour are an absolute must. I’m already planning my trip back! "
