"The property was great. The property manager, Nuria was great and very helpful. Everything was clean and both bath and beach towels were provided. The home has a washer and dryer, which came in handy. One opportunity for improvement are the bedroom doors. They rub on the floor and some of them do not latch. A handyman could correct that easily. My only complaint is that there was construction work going on every day at the home next door. Some mornings they started at 5:30AM or 6AM, so a bit early for us. During the day it wasn’t an issue because we were gone most of the time. Overall, though, I really enjoyed our stay."

Pacifico TH204 - 3 Bedroom Townhome + Golf Cart!

"Leading up to the visit, sent a few questions which were answered promptly. A few days before arrival, we got the email with instructions. Got to the Pacifico, beautiful. Entry was smooth and the house is as described. There is construction being done door, but not disturbing in any way. Likely next year will have a new building. The house is 3 storey high. Main entrance w garage and 1 bedroom on lower floor, 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and then the kitchen and living room is on the 3rd floor. All amenities are contained within including utensils, plates, fridge tv etc etc.. the #1 is the golf cart. If it wasnt for that, would be different story. Its awesome. The pool is across the street so super close. We have already booked for next year as we plan on returning. Highly recommended, hope the price doesnt go up as its awesome."

Oceanview 2-bedroom Condo at Pacifico Gated Community

"This property is so conveniently located and was extremely clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. We never really used the kitchen, but it had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Having an oversized parking space below the apartment was very convenient. Oscar went out of his way to check in several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning."

Exquisite and Spacious 250m² Villa in Coco, Pent*A

Spacious Accommodation with Minor Hiccups

"Rating: 3.5/5 I recently stayed at this property, and overall, it was a decent experience. The place was very spacious, making it ideal for large group travel. Privacy was a definite plus, and having access to the kitchen was convenient. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The TV provided had speaker issues, which was inconvenient, especially when traveling with a teenager who enjoys watching television during downtime. Thankfully, Karen, the onsite staff, was incredibly helpful and promptly provided a replacement TV. Another downside was the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. While Karen offered to clean, the exhaustion from traveling made it easier to tidy up myself rather than wait for assistance. On a positive note, the location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants along the strip. In summary, my stay was pleasant overall, but there were some minor inconveniences that could be improved upon."
