The room was clean but too small for a family of four. It was centric which was great but hard to find.

Location - excellent. Restaurants - delicious and in the vicinity. Room, bathroom: clean but water in the shower toooo hot. Air conditioner- comfortable. Stairs: my heart opened its valves. :) Overall: 100%

Great location awesome service

The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern/updated. The area was convenient and near breakfast and dining places as well as pharmacy and supermarkets very close by.

Es una ubicación muy cerca de la gran vía y con varias opciones de comida cerca. Las amenidades fueron las esenciales para el viaje y el precio fue adecuado. El Check in era a las 16 hrs, pero pude dejar mis maletas desde las 12, y la limpieza ya estaba lista por lo que pude acceder sin problemas. Mi habitación particularmente no tenía vista hacia el exterior (calle), pero no hubo problema por mí parte y todo estaba súper limpio. Además nos proveyeron jabon, y demás. Hay una cocineta, aire...

I rented the superior double room and my room was exactly as pictured with the small balcony. The place is a little hard to find but if you use the pictures on this page and other booking sites, you shouldn’t have a problem. Essentially you’re looking for address 39 on that street (Calle de Fuencarral), it’s a wooden double door that looks like it’s someones apartment. On your first visit you need to be buzzed in so push the corresponding buzzer and informed the concierge that you have a room...

Kind, helpful staff, clean rooms, but they should fix the shower in room 20, there's no way to avoid the water spilling onto the floor. Parking is 25€ across the street.

Muy buena habitación, nos tocó una de 3 camas con bien aire acondicionado y un mini refri que si enfriaba muy bien las bebidas, lo único medio malo fue que el baño privado, estaba afuera de la habitación, si no es gran cosa para uno no sería problema, al llegar afuera del lugar, te piden marcar, lo cual si se nos complicó ya que no tenemos número europeo y no contestaron por Whastapp, tuvimos que tocar el timbre y no se si fue eso lo que hizo que apareciera la encargada o sólo de casualidad...

Excellent location, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was very cozy, and the bed was huge and super comfortable.

The single room in the basement was a little claustrophobic; maybe the above floor rooms would be better, but can't complain too much with the price and only for one night of stay. Room was clean and front desk was friendly. Good location to get to and from the airport. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walkable distance to some tapa places and metro.
