"Excellent hotel, location is great next to beach and also great for walking into Vilamoura marina about 2miles away. Food at breakfast was excellent and the gym was very good even though it is not that large as any more than 4 people at a time and it’s too crowded. I will definitely book again."

It was my son’s birthday and they went out of their way to make him feel welcome and special. They put a birthday cake and complimentary bottle of champagne and wine in his room. "Friendly reception staff, we arrived before check in time, our rooms were ready so we were able to go straight to them which was great after an early start. The view over the marina was stunning. The breakfast experience was lovely - good choice, eating outside in the sun with the view over the marina/sea, and pianist playing. We were given a flower each on our departure day, a nice touch. The only disappointments were that my daughter was unable to borrow an iron, which was bizarre- often there is one provided in every room, or at least one is available on request - and that the water in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was quite cold. The sauna however was lovely. The bedding was good quality as were the blackout curtains, making for a good night's sleep. "

"Loved it all, comfortable giant bed, lovely heated pools etc but my only complaint was the lighting in the room, there was nowhere to put makeup on at all!, I had to buy a ready lit mirror in the local IHop shop but there was nowhere to put it, I think women like to look nice on holiday and this was disastrous for me but that was the only complaint."

"All lovely - winding down for the end of season. Needs a bit of TLC - hair dryers quite old and overheat quickly so you need patience! Staff really friendly and helpful."
