"Nice place, convenient to downtown and the train station. Had not issues, the host was excellent."

"The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango."

"Perfect place to stay on a budget and to ski great slopes when snow is available!"

"Enjoyed our stay!"

"We are very happy with our stay at this VRBO. Very clean, very spacious and decorated beautifully. Location was perfect. Close to downtown Durango shopping and restaurants. Wi-Fi was not very good and we couldn’t get TV reception, but other than that we have no complaints. I would stay here again and highly recommend."
