"This was an excellent stay particularly with helpful, friendly and patient reception staff. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and although the room was not ready, (as we arrived early! ) we were made very comfortable in the bar/ lounge area. Breakfast on Sunday 25th was superb and served by 2 helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of choice of hot/cold food, fresh bread , fruit etc. So sorry that the experience today 26th was not so good. We went down to breakfast at 7 a.m. and there was noone there! Eventually the server arrived at about 7.10 and we even had to ask for bread/ milk/ juice which was not available until 7.20 a.m. There was no possibility of any hot food as that did not become available until 7.40 a.m. Again we had to ask but it was too late as we had to travel to Calais to return to the UK. I feel this was unacceptable especially as we were assured that breakfast was included in the price and would be available from 7 a.m. Under the circumstances I feel strongly that the cost of the breakfast should be refunded. We found that the hotel was in a very pleasant location with easy access to the Metro and plenty of restaurants. Car Parking was an extra bonus being only a few minutes from the hotel."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Aiglon. The room was more spacious than expected, had great windows and views, and was right next to a convenient metro stop. There were tons of great restaurants, cafes, and bakeries nearby. The hotel staff were all very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Check in very smooth and front desk let us check in early. Very friendly front desk staff. He gave us free Parisian key chain for 5 of us. Love the location. Gare Montparnasse is just across the street and tons of cafes and restaurants arung the hotel. "
