"Clean and comfortable room and sweet staff"

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"The location was wonderful … close to “town,” wonderful bakery (Le Grenier Al’Pain), right next to Lac de Vonnes, beautiful views from the balcony. The pool was a nice treat, with the wonderful additions of a dry sauna and a steam room. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Charles. L’environnement est magnifique, Chamonix est facilement accessible en voiture ou en train. L'appartement est très chaleureux et très bien équipé (même des jeux pour les enfants). Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine, très agréable après une bonne journée de randonnée.
