"Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"The property was just fantastic! Amazing location with great views, located just outside Aguile du Midi cable car within a walkable distance to lots of shops and restaurants. "Great location and very well equipped apartment, always warm and lots of hot water. Good ski boot room and storage. Small but perfectly formed. However there was someone else’s facecloth in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, after stripping the beds at the end of the stay (as requested) the blue mattress cover under our sheets was quite stained & it wasn’t from us."

"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

"Pros - large living room , large balcony, relatively comfortable beds , close to the high street via the stairs and easy to reach the ski school via skis . Great for self catering Cons - very small bedroom ( no enough space around the bed) , reception was closed had to go the hotel next door , a bit worn out , door stopper on the floor in the bathroom too close to the toilet - causing injuries . Not that great if you want a bar or a coffee in the lobby apres ski or in the evening . No...

"Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding...

"Good rooms, not much to do in the hotel, the reception open hours are poor (bar Saturday) and so if you arrive between 12 and 5 midweek..... good luck The comms from the hotel was not great, and a quick answer to one question would have helped (luggage store). Also, the ski place next door is great and you get a discount - so just go. there"

When we made it to our room it looked nothing like the pictures, more like a cheap cabin on a lake. It was also freezing in the room. It was like 30 degrees Fahrenheit and no heat had been turned on.
