"The hotel is close to the train station and on the boulevard so every morning, very convenient to go for a morning stroll. The hotel also has a microwave and laundry facility (on the 8th floor). Our room had a balcony and the view of Lake Geneva was wonderful to wake up to or enjoy a morning coffee. Will stay here again if visiting Montreux."

"The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is amazing! Dianna at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and Susana in the breakfast room made every morning sweeter- she is a delight. The only reason it wasn't five stars is because there is no air conditioning and unfortunately with the windows open the road noise starts early at 6:00 a.m.. If you don't come in the summer, then perhaps that is a non-issue. The location is fantastic (next to a mall and both Migros and Coop within 5min walk and you have access a few steps away to enter the lake which was glorious everyday. The pool is quite small but nice to have."

"The hotel was in a great location. Casino was across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. We found the front desk to be very helpful and friendly. If you can try to reserve the parking via the hotel. Other venues of parking are expensive. The hotel definitely has old world charm. I would stay there again when back in Montreux."

"The room was very large and the staff did an excellent job in keeping it clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good. Make sure to make a reservation for restaurants at the hotel and in town, they fill up fast. Hotel has an excellent location, across the street from Lake Geneva. Easy walk to restaurants in town."

"This hotel was the one-night magical stay we were hoping it would be. It felt like a well-maintained step back in time. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the grounds were STUNNING. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was to sit at the restaurant and to be outside - the flowers, the views, the touches. Absolutely loved it! My only disappointment was that we were there for our honeymoon, and even after contacting them before, the hotel didn't acknowledge that in any way. Overall, would recommend it to someone wanting a special "off the beaten path" stay."
