"I was on a graduation event in the morning, no more than one hour past the check out time. They throw all my things left still on the room to a trash bag causing damage to some of my personal things. Total disrespectful staff. Dont stay in this hotel."

"The staff was very helpful, we arrived late at 9pm, We had reserved a renovated large room and they were able to upgrade to a room with air conditioning. It had a wonderful Lake view from the bed and balcony. And a brand new large bathroom, 12ft high ceilings, still in its original state. It was exactly what we were looking for. A very heritage building. Only thing, no coffee machine in the room, but amenities downstairs were excellent, and wonderful coffee and service, I brought it up to the room, then we would go down for breakfast. Restaurants were very nice, helpful staff and good food. I recommend this hotel."
