B&B in Mora County

The owners were incredible hosts, with home cooked food for cocktail hour and breakfast. Amazing boutique atmosphere where guests could sit and chat, and the rooms themselves, and grounds, are one of a kind. Absolutely recommend, one of the best places we've stayed, and we've traveled all over the world.

Ernesto the owner was top notch! There was a bit of a snafu with a broken propane line during our stay, causing the b&b to be sans hot water. But honestly, it was fine. With such a relaxing atmosphere, stunning scenery, and quaint eclectic accommodations, who even needs hot water?! He prepared a wonderful breakfast that was traditional for the area-the mexican hot chocolate is to die for! OTGH is wonderful. The room was delightful, spacious and nicely fitted. There was a private patio out the back and the front faced into a courtyard with a fountain. The breakfasts were all delicious - no options but different every day. Endless coffee helped! Location is on the edge of town but easy to get to anywhere. I will definitely return. N

Host is kind & knowledgeable without being intrusive. The room was small but thoughtfully arranged with many nice touches. The breakfast each day was stellar, coffee/ tea service always available & fresh baked cookies... Location is fantastic near everything but quiet & peaceful

It was my Fiancee's birthday weekend and our stay at Casa Culinaria couldn't have been better. The three-course breakfast is delicious and will keep you full well past the afternoon. We stayed in the Dona Emilia room and it was newly renovated, spacious and very comfortable. My fiancee loved the experience, and we will definitely be back!

Very much a one of a kind property. Our room was more like a suite with a living room. Has a home-like cozy feel. We had breakfast in the courtyard. The breakfast was a healthy and delicious gourmet treat with local ingredients.

We stayed in the larger suite at the La Dona Luz Inn. The artwork in the suite and the breakfast room is fantastic - lots of real southwestern art and some native crafts, not normal big hotel prints. This suite has roof access with a hot tub. Sunset on the roof is a great place for happy hour and star gazing. The owner was super helpful and friendly. The only warning is there are a lot of steep stairs so don't get this room if you have mobility issues!
