"This was a really good vacation. The house was clean and check in/out was super easy. The communication with the owner was very easy. If we needed the hot tub turned on we just text him. They had everything we needed but only 3 pool towels. However, there were plenty of other towels in the bathrooms that we used. We just had to wash the towels a few times. "Our group of 10 ranged in age from 13 to 94! This was the perfect property to allow for togetherness, family meals and games as well as late night pool and darts competitions. The location is close to a lot of things; one couple in our group even took a day trip to San Diego! Sam was an accommodating and gracious host. As we were leaving everyone asked if we could come back again next year!"
