"Definitely do not book. No communication with the owner. Left stranded. Hopeless and waste of time."

"This place was excellent, it was really well equipped, warm and comfortable. It was 5 minutes in the car to Fairbourne and the beach there along with local restaurants and shops to get any treats or last minute bits. It was a mile away from the mawddach trail which is a great walk for everyone and amazing scenery. Check in and out was easy and we weren't bothered at all just left to relax and recharge. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will hopefully be back again soon."

"Thia is an unique place to stay with plenty of comfort and character both inside and out ,we loved the view of the trees from the sitting room window and the sound of the stream and waterfalls, hope to return."

"The cottage was lovely, Jaxson the Cocker Spaniel was overjoyed with its location and walking facilities. We had a fab time in the most beautiful and tranquil area of the Welsh countryside. Local amenities were limited only by transport requirements as the Fairbourne shops were a short drive away. However overall that was a small inconvenience given the fab location and cottage. "Ignore the unloved, unkempt garden that greets you. Inside is a TARDIS that is very clean and a good size with a large immaculate bathroom and generous bedrooms. Really enjoyed our stay."
