"The owner/manager was very easy to work with, even after business hours when we were trying to navigate our way in to the building. The most difficult part was just FINDING the right building. All other difficulties could had been avoided if I had just studied the electronic guide provided. Check-in, checkout, everything would have been easier if I had just followed the advice to review the guide provided."
