"Front desk staff extremely helpful. Rooms are small but location is excellent. No coffee maker or fridge in room is a bit of a nuisance. Would stay there again."

"A beautiful peaceful retreat. Absolutely loved this place. Planned on one night, stayed for three. Don't ever want to leave. Spa facilities are amazing and rejuvenating. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"Reachable by ferry from Lucerne in a quiet town. Very peaceful outdoor setting for dinner and breakfast right next to Lake Lucerne."

"Beautiful hotel, Easy check in, Nice spacious rooms, perfect location on lake Lucerne Swiss vibe perfect stay!"

"The hotel is located in the city centre - the new town which is very convenient to walk anywhere. The staff are nice there especially the front desk staff Toni- I want to thank him for all the help and service. I arrived late for a check in while the hotel was pretty full with rooms and I booked the twin bed by mistake which I ask for a double as I was by myself I didn’t need two beds and he did his best to find me a room with a double bed. Always smiling and great jokes. Love the hotel and will...

"Location on top of the mountain, cleanliness, staff can be more attentive."

"Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely staff. Wifi was patchy but maybe not such a bad thing for a retreat holiday! 😉"

"Stunning location, beautiful rooms, comfy beds, delightful breakfast - everything was perfection!"

"Clean and great location for our use."

"Lovely staff, very clean, very good breakfast, and very close to the train station."

"Front desk people were great. Room was quite even though it was right across from the train station. Wonderful breakfast. Rooms nice size and very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Only a half hour from the airport why stay in Zurich when this town is close and cute."

"The views are spectacular. We stayed on the 4th floor facing lake Lucerne. Breakfast buffet is a nice touch. Staff is very friendly. The pool is heated and lovely!"
