"One of the beds was old and not suitable for sleeping, I had requested a replacement but staff simply turned it over which didn’t help at all. After another request it was finally replaced. In a junior suite, I would expect excellent quality and promptly addressing the issue. Restaurant food was excellent; however, service staff not well trained and not in line with experiences prior to the renovation or what would be expected from this hotel."
