"The place was clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. The location was excellent with very close proximity to the Vatican, restaurants, coffee shops, etc."

"Estava sem controle do ar condicionado mas não foi necessário. Demais itens OK. "

"Everything was great, we did feel the room was a bit small however it was adequate for two...staff were very helpful and gave good advice on the local area and transport links. Fridge was a bit loud during the night but we got used to that."

"LOCATION! Hotel room was small, but very clean and had everything we needed. It was updated and comfortable. The hotel can be a bit tricky to locate. Apparently I had received an email of instructions for checking in but I did not have service at the time and at this time we had been traveling for over 12 hours. We were trying to figure it out and called from the intercom and got one of the rudest staff people that I have encountered so far. He literally said check your email, I told you how to...

"Très bon séjour, apparemment très bien situé dans le cœur de la ville de Rome, a deux pas de la gare et des place historique a visiter. La chambre est très propre avec tout le nécessaire (sèche cheveux, fer a repasser), personel très agréable, il a une machine a laver a disposition une cuisine bien équipée et propre. Je recommande fortement."

"Our flight was delayed several hours. They were very accommodating with regard to waiting for us. they were very responsive with questions. They were very friendly, and took the time to ask about our stay and made several recommendations for good places to eat in the neighborhood."
