"Small room but everything was just clean. We slept well despite having a family of 5 in cramped space. Kitchen was well furnished. All-in-one W/D works but took a long time for one load. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Building felt secured and convenient to JR. Would stay again."

"The rooms are a lot smaller in person than the photos make it out to be. Overall was a great stay though I enjoyed being very close to 3 different train stations. Everyone working the front desk is very friendly and welcoming."

"Stayed at this place for a week with my family of five, which included children from 7 to 2 years old. Place was spacious, and very clean. Loved that this property was close to trains stations and local high lights. Would recommend and would come back again. "

"The room was great for a family. It was a bit farther to the subway than I would have liked since it's at the opposite end of Ueno station. The JR train line is closer. It tis convenient to get around the city and about 10 minutes walk away is a bustling street with food and shops. It is very quiet around the hotel. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very friendly. "

"Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "

"We were so impressed with how much room we had with the option of sleeping on a futon in the tatami room too. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, the drinks that were complimentary in the kitchen were a nice touch along with how nicely decorated and clean our place was. It was located within such close proximity of the temple, great shopping, the station was a few blocks away and a bakery was on the corner. We highly recommend this hotel! "
