"A Truly Exceptional Resort Experience From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the lush, green grounds that gave the resort a tropical, almost jungle-like atmosphere, beautifully maintained and vibrant. The room was impeccably clean and met every expectation for comfort and quality. The resort offers an impressive range of amenities, including water sports, a full-service spa, and easy beach access. Transportation around the property was seamless, and I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the outstanding staff. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Keegan, Jackie, Casey, Myckel, Chelsea, Jassie, and Shana. Each of them brought warmth and sincerity to every interaction, making me feel genuinely welcome; like I was at home. "What we liked most about the hotel was that it was in close proximity to the airport. The staff was very welcoming, down to earth, pleasant and very friendly. The food was great as well as the different activities and entertainment. Rooms were always cleaned. Excellent choice and would definitely be back. Definitely recommended - 10/10 "

"I love the property and all the amenities. I just don’t like the outlets in the room. There is only 1 115volt plug in the room. You’ll have to ask for plug adapter at the front desk. "

"The staff was great. From the moment I arrived until I left, staff was excellent. Our waiters(Brad & Stacy) made sure we had everything we and would go get something if it was not available. Peggy made sure the room was clean and we had enough towels and essential daily. Talking to them was like locating a family member you haven’t seen years."

"The staff was exceptional. Very nice and super accommodating. Maureen was one of the most friendly people I have ever met on an island. She really went above and beyond to make you feel pampered. Food was delicious, rooms were very nice-updated and clean, drinks were very good, what more could you ask for?"
