"Our stay at the Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations. Our butlers were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The bar staff were outstanding — friendly, energetic, and always ready with excellent recommendations and amazing service. A special mention also goes to the Prime Travelers group and the general staff throughout the resort who made the entire experience feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of the best vacations we’ve had. We are already looking forward to returning. "The sargassum was intolerable. They cleaned it up everyday, but the smell was off-putting. Not the fault of the hotel so no dings for that. Most of the staff were very friendly, but not all. Maybe they don’t care for tourists. Definitely a chill in the air on an otherwise balmy island. If we visit St. Lucia again, we’ll be looking for accommodations a little more upscale. Nice for families in a budget, however. "

The resort itself is beautiful and offers a wonderful overall experience, but what truly made our visit special was the staff. "Lovely grounds and cottage. Breakfast was great. Dinners needed more variety if you plan to stay on the property for a full week. Any activities you plan require transportation. Overall a wonderful spot and people!"
