"The staff was absolutely wonderful with the exception of the General Manager who was a bit crazy. I have never written that in a review, but I don’t know how else to describe her. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Not near the downtown at all, so that was a challenge, and the breakfast was all cold, but besides that, the hotel had AC (a plus) and was clean. More of a 3 star than a 4 star by US ratings."

"Unser Doppelzimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Leider gibt es im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit, nasse Badetücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen, was etwas unpraktisch ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Platten mit Wurst und Käse sind zu klein und müssen deshalb ständig nachgefüllt werden. Dadurch sind sie oft leer, was den Frühstücksgenuss etwas beeinträchtigt."
