Sandton Sun & Towers

"There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is right there on the convention centre. It is a very fancy hotel, very grand. There are lots of super helpful staff to welcome you and look after you. I found my room to be spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, it was nice to have a real full size bath in the bath room. I used the in room dining which came when it was supposed to and the food was great and the service friendly. There is only one thing I do not like about this hotel and that is the glass lifts which run up the open atrium. I have vertigo. I had to use the goods lift which is not so convenient! If you have no problem with panoramic elevators and the like then you will love this hotel."

"Great hotel in general. Lovely rooms, friendly staff, good amenities. Lowest service point I experienced was asking for a takeaway coffee from the baristas at breakfast and being sent to fetch my own cup at a different location. Why don't they have takeaway cups ready for guests on the move? Why don't they fetch the cup and bring it to my table when it's ready like they would if I ordered a coffee to go? Ongoing maintenance was a bit of a menace when working from my room during the day. Once that's done, I imagine it'll be better."

"The hotel was wonderful, the food was first rate and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful always. It's close to shopping and many restaurants are in walking distance. It's a beautiful place, I really enjoyed staying there."

"We had an amazing stay at Radisson RED Rosebank. The hotel was modern, stylish and in a fantastic location. Our room was comfortable and clean, and every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Radisson RED Rosebank and would definitely stay again!"
