"OMG it was terrible from start to finish, It was a caravan in some one's garden,they have taken 3 radiators out of the caravan jus bare pipes it was freezing, t v didn't work, it's not advertised properly because i definitely wouldn't of booked a caravan in a garden "

"We booked the property for family to celebrate Christmas Day together and were delighted. The facilities were excellent and the loacation is incredibly convenient too. The hosts were friendly, easy to communicate with and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended. "

"A group of us had a wonderful weekend in St. Annes staying at "St Andrews -The Windmill" beautiful apartment. The place was very clean, modern,the rooms were spacious and immaculate with big comfortable beds and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. Nihal and Anna were very accommodating, are thoughtful and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is within an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. "Highly recommended accomodation. Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Check in was a doddle having received instructions and codes prior to arriving. Parking an issue but in fairness this is not a problem peculiar to the property and actually the parking at the bookable Sainsburys car park a few minutes walk away is excellent value costing 21 for 5 full days (24 hr parking in a covered car park) this is bookable via an app recommended by the hosts.All in all a...

"Had an amazing stay, property was beautiful, host was on hand for anything we needed. Kids enjoyed the garden, as did we…loved that the hot tub was secluded & private. St Ann’s beach is 5min away (20min walk), with plenty of shops en route. Blackpool was down the road too. There was plenty to do but we made the most of having booked such a lovely place to stay. "Me and my daughter stayed for 2 nights. We love the Village. Swimming pool is great. Better to go in the early session with kids as it gets very busy later on. Loved our room over looking the golf course. Clean and tidy. If swimming isn’t included in your room it’s only £5 per room which isn’t bad and they give you towels. Coffee shop is great. Staff are friendly. "
