"good spacious room, parking ample, clean and quiet environment, licenced restaurant with gd menu options, particularly Indian selections, dish portions very generous for hungry guests, waiting staffs are pleasantly helpful breakfast offers basic continental buffet, room we stayed 104, toilet seat loosely moving, shower not strong enough, yet we stayed room 301 two weeks prior, bathroom facilities are in good order, i shall check in again absolutely with no hesitation, highly recommended "

"I needed a one night stay close to the train station and this location checked those boxes and was a good value. It was an unusual commercial building style layout that had me wondering about the conversion to hostel. Clever. When I first stepped into the lobby it felt like a doctor's Office rather than a hostel. But the staff met me and put me at ease, ensured I had wifi. "A great clean, modern motel with balconies and the fresh air of the sea just a few mins away from your room. Lovely having a spa bath and a good strong hot shower. Things that marked it down were maybe some more blankets and had to ask for the linen for the sofa bed and when delivered no pillow cases. Some of the lights in the kitchen area were not working, they would have made a less harsh light for main living area. Lights"

"We have stayed here before and will again but this time there were 2 isues. First the reception and building closes at 9pm and we were not quite there. I phoned at 8.30 and said it would be close and was told to ring the same number when we arrived and someone would come to check us in. "Room was a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be but everything clean and tidy and able to be warmed up with heat pump. It did hav lots of cupboard space but lacked a place to hang clothes needing clothes hangers. Also no extra blankets should you need one, no hair drier. A toaster would have been useful too. Overall a good stay. Very affordable as well."

"We have stayed here before and will stay here again. The 2 bedroom units are perfect for our family and a great price. The Hotel is handy to Auckland CBD and Newmarket and within walking distance of Parnell shops, restaurants and the Parnell Cathedral. Some of the units are a bit dated but it looks like the hotel are working through an upgrade. All units we have been in have been clean and comfortable and staff have been very helpful."

Convenient Quality Airport Hotel

"Very convenient to the airport with free shuttle. Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant on premises and pub with good food near by. The hotel has good accommodation at a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a place to stay overnight near the airport."

"I stayed here between flights, as one does at an airport hotel. I really appreciate that the hotel has room service because I was exhausted. My only complaint is their front desk called me at a time they thought was reasonable but I was trying to sleep, just to ask if the room service was ok. They really should have left me alone to sleep. Hotels should never wake you up unless it is an emergency like there is a fire. Otherwise all ok."
