Send a main entry code to get into main area on cellphone. Send last 4 digits of one’s cell phone to get into room for those wanting to come in after 6 pm. There were cookies, snacks, fresh fruit and wine waiting for us. Room was nice. Did not understand how to run the remote control to adjust temp in room. It was 67 the whole time. "The house was perfect. Great kitchen with everything you might need. Comfortable beds and great walk in shower. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view from the deck. Very responsive management. We needed new batteries for TV remote and someone was there within 10 minutes. Would definitely book again."
