"Nice staff and good amenities"

"Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal"

"Staff is amazing as they do ever. If something needs fixing just ask them. The grounds could use some manicuring and trimming. Door stops are a trip hazard. Location is not in town but on the lake. It is quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning."

"We had a lovely stay at Hana Lodge. Such a beautiful spot and lovely grounds to explore. The rooms are clean, beautifully presented and well thought out. The staff were amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!"

"It’s a Motel, staff inexperienced and not helpful"

"Gorgeous hotel and beautiful location!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for my family. Thank you"

"The location is excellent but that is where it ends. I have no idea why everyone is giving it the 4 or 5 stars. Please people tell the truth. The rooms are mediocre at best and very dated. The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. "Very special well maintained hotel with an exceptional view of the lake. A redeveloped house with additional cabins and animals on the property. Gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because dinner is incredibly expensive and there was no way to walk around the lake and do some exploration"

"Basic room but sufficed, staff very congenial and helpful."

"The warmth of the room was great, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and staff service was excellent. Service is key here at Ripple Rotorua and we’re returning back for future holidays…Thank you."

"Great stay at a very convenient location. Good facilities available."

"We booked last minute and were able to check in early. My daughter was unwell, the staff were so accomodating and helpful. The bathroom/room layout was spacious and immaculate. The hotel rooms foyer was quiet. We would stay again and highly recommend."
