"Zero amenities. No breakfast except at bar/restaurant and over priced. No pool or complimentary coffee. Parking is not included in price. Didn't have the king bed room we booked, so we were stuck in a room with two full beds for myself and my husband. Definitely will not be back. Money better spent elsewhere for sure!"

"The staff waited to inform us that there was no hot water after we checked in. They gave us a complimentary breakfast for our family but it was probably the worst breakfast we have had at a hotel. We had the thermostat set on 68 but it would not get any cooler than 72 degrees. The attempted to renovate but the overall effort was little to be desired with big patches in the ceiling and nasty caulking jobs. The valet parking was the only thing nice about this hotel. Look elsewhere."

"I have never stayed in this hotel in our trips to Memphis but this definitely won't be our last time. It's across the street from the Peabody which makes it close to everything we wanted to do. The restaurant in the lobby is really good and the staff was helpful. In the alley near valet parking is a little BBQ spot that the guys who parked our car recommended and it was great as well. We definitely will be back."
