"We stayed in a family quadruple room with a queen bed and two twin sofa beds. In spite of being sofa beds, they were very comfy. Other than stench coming from the bathroom sink, overall room was very comfortable and bathroom was large enough. Good pressure in the shower and continuous hot water. AC in our room appeared newer and was strong. Location is good but parking is an issue as limited free parking is available opposite the hotel, but plenty of offsite street side parking available for $2 per day. Couple of restaurants, one in the same building as the hotel and one just a short walk away across the street. Ali was very helpful guiding us around."

"A charming and authentic stay When I first arrived at Öz Butik Otel, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. But by the time I left, I had completely fallen in love with this rustic little haven. The beautiful courtyard, surrounded by fig and orange trees, the garden filled with tomatoes and squash, and the cats and chickens peacefully coexisting all give this place a wonderful sense of authenticity and tranquility. Most of all, I’m grateful for the warmth and care of the owner. You can feel the love and pride he has for this special place. Thank you for making my stay in Mudanya so memorable. I’m leaving with a very fondness for this little piece of Turkey. ❤️"

"Amazing staff at reception.. I went to my home team Bursaspor’s championship match in Bursa and I was greeted phenomenally. Everything I asked for helpfull staff provided.. Really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was also fantastic as there were a variety of options for breakfast including daily soup.. I really recommend this fabulous hotel.."
