"Rooms were terrible and very badly maintained. TV did not work properly, shower head was rusted and sent water in all directions, room not cleaned properly, toilet not cleaned properly and it was smelling of piss, lights and ac remote was 3 decades old. Food was ok but not up to a 5 star mark. Staff were ok and not service oriented. I would not stay at this property and would look elsewhere. "

"This is our second time staying here. It’s conveniently located - close to the domestic and international airports. The staff are incredible. The food at the restaurants is very good too. I cannot fault this hotel on any front. Highly recommend it. "

"When you think of a 5 Star hotel you expect the rooms to be exceptional and maybe beyond your expectations. But the rooms are just average. I wouldn’t stay here again."
