Das Bad im EG ist etwas eng, aber ausreichend. Bei einem Heizungs- und Warmwasserausfall wurde uns schnell geholfen! Das Haus liegt fußläufig vom Strand entfernt und auch das Zentrum von Renesse ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Manko: die Bäder und die Küche waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. "Kommunikation vorab war schwierig und sehr schleppend. Ewig war das Kundenkonto nicht aktuell,weil eine Überweisung dort nicht verbucht wurde. Trotz Zusendung der Kontoauszüge per Mail,waren einige Anrufe nötig bis der Fehlr behoben wurde. Obwohl der Zahlungsbeleg vorlag, wollte man einen Zahlungseingang lange nicht bestätigen.
