"Kommunikation vorab war schwierig und sehr schleppend. Ewig war das Kundenkonto nicht aktuell,weil eine Überweisung dort nicht verbucht wurde. Trotz Zusendung der Kontoauszüge per Mail,waren einige Anrufe nötig bis der Fehlr behoben wurde. Obwohl der Zahlungsbeleg vorlag, wollte man einen Zahlungseingang lange nicht bestätigen. Nun zum Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Im Haus angekommen, lag auf dem großen Esstisch...

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war sehr sauber.Der einzige kleine Makel war das es keine Rollladen gab sondern nur verdunklungsvorhänge.So war es am Abend trotzdem sehr hell.Alles weitere war sehr gut und wir würden auch wiederkommen."

"Kaffeemaschine musste ausgetauscht werden da die so dreckig war. Generell haben wir alles an gescheit nochmal spülen müssen, da sauber was anderes war. Auch die Küchenoberflächen sind alles andere als sauber gewesen. Klingel am Haus ist ebenfalls defekt."

"Villa very well laid out, with each double room having its' own bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful location on a golf course with onsite spa if that interests you. Close to supermarkets (Jumbo 3km away). Had dinner one night at the restaurant, highly recommended. Have suggested that the villa provides an iron, washing machine/dryer and basics like bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Apart from this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back if ever visiting Europe. "

"Die Lage war super und wir haben uns wphl gefühlt. Das Haus war ziemlich alt und es gab viele defekte Teile (Türklinken fallen ab, Griffe vom Schrank fallen ab, Jalousien alt, Klospülung sehr alt/man muss lange drücken) und dreckige Stellen (hinter den Betten, im Bad, Fenster, Terrasse, Geschirr...), die Matratzen waren sehr ungemütlich und ein Bad ständig nass (Boden schräg) mit schimmeligem Duschvorhang. Das Haus bräuchte nochmal eine Generalüberholung samt neuer Schlafzimmermöbel und Bäder um...
