"The receptionists were really nice and helpful. The room pics were no the same so we would have appreciated a video from entry to living room bedroom. Seating are a bit awkward if you have 4 travelers. The sofa bed has individual twin beds which is good i suppose when traveling with friends. TV behind door bedroom which is in accessible. 4 guests with luggage will be cramped. Bathrooms have no fan or windows. Toilet separate with no sink or fan so you have to air out and can't wash hands or if women on period its not great not to have bidet or water where toilet is. Need fan since 4 ppl going to bathroom is a bit much. They provided fans which is great. Windows open inward so that takes lots of space in bedroom. Location was great. Great bakery behind building. They have a great breakfast. Highly recommend. and free coffeee all day which was great. Location and taxi can't really drive up so specific directions hotel should tell us in advance. Closets were good."

"Hotel is located on the River very near Old Town. Very clean and a lovely breakfast every morning. Staff is very helpful"

"I didint know that hotel was only located from 32nd floor and above. To get to reception was scary, I understand that the entrance was under construction but it was very tiring to get 32nd floor by the slow lift and then get another lift to get to your room. My check in was sweet, I had a very friendly guy who was half French half English he was very helpful and check out was smooth but there was a long queue for it. Room service was extremely poor as asking a simple black tea bag became very challenging with room service lady who couldn’t speak a word of English. Hotel is locating very close to Westfield shopping center and all the main train stations and trams. So traveling there wasn’t hard. It was very disappointing that hotel just wanna charge for anything such as late check out which many hotels are offering it for free. That didint feel good."

"I booked this property for the pool, which did not disappoint. About 20 meters long with hot tub attached. Also had a steam room and full spa services(which I did not try). We ate light lunches at the bar and breakfasts in the small dining room. There are 3 very good restaurants adjacent - we tried fixed menu at two and were not disappointed - plus the views were very nice. (The third is Michelin Star rated). If you book, suggest you go for breakfast included as it is a bit pricey for the buffet. The staff was superb and extremely helpful, especially the concierge. This boutique hotel earns its 5 star rating. Only drawback was that Vieux Lyon was a steep walk about 15 min down hill. Maybe take taxi back if you have mobility issues. "
