"Room was large and clean. If your room is in area of elevators, asked to be moved, as you will hear the ring and people talking ALL night!"

"Hmmm where do I start, filthy and unsanitary doesn’t do it justice!!! The pictures on Expedia are all false. There is no TV service, there is a TV in the room literally as decor and when we inquired as to why it didn’t work we were told “TV service is an amenity not included” not even basic local channels. The room was filthy, shower had mold on the tiles and roof of shower was falling. Only one elevator was working with buttons taped off and not working. Girl at front desk had a bad attitude as if you were bothering her, only one person at front desk no uniform at all. We literally checked on 4/22 and checked out within 30 minutes and had to book another hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!! EXPEDIA NEEDS TO REMIVE THIS HOTEL FROM THEIR PLATFORM. HORRENDOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT."

"Very nice stay, and staff was great. I forgot to report it, but the detachable shower sprayer in room 122 had a leak in the hose. We didn't use amenities."

"Location is AMAZING! But this hotel is truly only if you need a mattress to sleep on. Even then the mattress is thin. The bed frames are wobbly and they creak at every movement. The room are in need of a deep clean for sure but it wasn’t crazy bad. No fridge no counters other than 2 small side tables. Room are small!!! Barely any room to walk and my bf kept bumping into the tv while leaving the room. ——— So I would recommend if all you need is a bed to sleep on and like to be right on Times Square. Other than that I would look for another hotel."
